It might as well be made out of tin foil. The foot pedals are held on with a thin stem of metal that bends with any use and is guaranteed to succumb to metal fatigue and break off within the first few uses. The stalk supporting the arm pedals cannot be tightened to the point of stability, either. Really, it's reprehensible that this manufacturer is taking the money of people who are trying to improve their health. There are "not so good" products, and then there are products that are made with such audacious disregard for fulfilling their basic function that they could truly be regarded as scams. This is the latter. Yes, the idea of this design is a good one, but the execution is abysmal. Please do not reward this manufacturer for scamming consumers with utter junk. Stick with an ordinary "restorator" pedal exerciser - the Stamina brand ones with the larger-diameter tubing are the most... He was correct the the pedals fell off before any pedaling was done as one very small and inadequate rivet was holding the pedals onto the bike. I must admit, the rest of the bike was well made and was exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to sit in a chair for this exercise to give me stability. I'll try oiling. It takes practice to keep the base on the floor (too much rocking). The upper part gives a tight rotation-I would have preferred a wider range of motion for my shoulders.
